I've drabbled!

The first round at the hogwarts_ldws is over and I've managed to squeak by to the next round. (Gulp!) Now I have to start all over again--Yikes! The drabbles are posted HERE, mine is the last one posted on the list: Was it Something I said?

I'm already racking my brain trying to come up with an idea for round two, which will be posted later this week. Best of luck to all my fellow drabblers, cant wait to read the second round of offerings.

I had actually planned to put that part in the drabble, but it turns out 300 words doesn't allow for much wiggle room.

I do know who little Violet Augusta (so named for both her maternal grandmothers) Longbottom's mother is. And she didn't abandon her but sent her to Neville to protect her baby from her own family. Can you guess from that who she might be?

It's got me thinking at least. I'm still trying to come up with this week's challenge--I started something but don't like it so I think it's back to the drawing board.

But I have been looking at some WIPs that have been sitting on my harddrive forever. I actually liked a couple of these, but never finished them. So maybe something is stirring inside my brain. LOL!

Thanks so much. I changed directions and was able to submit this week's drabble last night. I was freaking out for a bit but it all worked out. Whether it's any good is still to be determined. LOL!
