I've finally managed to post my offerings from 2019 hogwarts_ldws over at AO3. To my surprise I made it to the final round and came in second. All five drabbles are posted now. Thanks go out to too_dle_oo for organizing this fun fest and to toblass for comng up with the weekly prompts. All of the drabbles throughout were outstanding and deserve a read.

We're down to the semi-finals of the

hogwarts_ldws and I'm still hanging on by my fingernails. I am in awe of what a variety scenarios can come from a single prompt. This weeks prompt was: the giant squid, exactly 200 words. The reading and commenting post is--->HERE, and the voting post is--->HERE. Please go read, enjoy, and vote.

Well another week of

hogwarts_ldws has completed and I've managed to make it through into the semi-final round. I'm both surprised and excited. Thanks so much to everyone who voted for my drabble: Better Times,. It's C, but as in previous rounds all the drabbles are well worth a read if you haven't already..

There are five authors left and round four's prompt is 'the giant squid.' Right now I have no idea where to go with this one, hopefully inspiration will strike.

The first round at the

hogwarts_ldws is over and I've managed to squeak by to the next round. (Gulp!) Now I have to start all over again--Yikes! The drabbles are posted HERE, mine is the last one posted on the list: Was it Something I said?

I'm already racking my brain trying to come up with an idea for round two, which will be posted later this week. Best of luck to all my fellow drabblers, cant wait to read the second round of offerings.
