What  long day!

Nine and half hours, two and half of that travel time. I'm so glad it's done. Mondays are blechh!

Aside from all that let's find the good stuff. It was another gorgeous fall day. Clear blue skies and sunshiny. A little cool but, hey, it's fall. I like it cool. And when I got home hubby had made bacon for BLT's with fresh tomatoes, Yummm!

And in the midst of all that driving I managed to think my way through a least a little bit of the next section of the fic I'm supposed to be working on. Too tired to work on it tonight, but hopefully tomorrow after I run errands I can try to get a few words written. :)

Short post, but at least it's something.

Tomatoes are one of the treasures of late summer/early autumn.

I find that doing boring, repetitive stuff is a great way to come up with ideas. The mind gets just so bored with what the body is currently doing that it goes off on its own little tangent.

I know, fresh is sooooo much better!

And yes, since I drive a lot for my job doing home health care in a rural area, I spend a lot of time in the car. I tend to do a lot of story plotting in my head while driving. :)
