California Dreamin'

madeleoneWooo Hooo! Only one week to go before my daughter, Jessie and I depart for our vacation. One week from tonight we will be winging our way across the country headed for California.
There is a mini fangirl meet-up being planned for Saturday March 3 in San Diego. We are looking at spending some time at the zoo and then I am hoping we can do some kind of late lunch or early dinner afterwards.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mundungus42 has offered to be our tour guide and keladry_lupin is going to come too. Any other takers for a fan girl day, or if not the whole day at least for dinner?
Some other things we plan to do on our trip include: one day at Disney, haven't yet decided between Disneyland and California Adventure. But my friend we will be staying with has connections and can get us a free pass so that is cool. And she is also checking out getting us into a show being taped in Hollywood. Of course we want to see the beach, as neither of us has seen the Pacific so we can't go all the way to California and not see the ocean.
We are both getting more excited everyday. Only seven days to go!
