Exchange likes and dislikes and Prompts

This is pretty much just the info posted over at the sign up post, but it does make the info easier to find here.These are the prompts I posted and the rest pretty much sums up my likes and dislikes.

Three fic prompts:

1. A twist on the theme, I've read stories where Hermione is an Auror and has to protect Snape, so I want the story from the other side. (this probably has been written already, but I haven't read it yet.) After the war Severus is cleared and gets recruited by the MLE, he can be an Auror, Special agent, whatever you want to call him. It's several years later and he is assigned to protect Hermione from some threat. She objects, she doesn't want a guard dog, and he doesn't especially want to be assigned to her. (If you are so inclined, and you somehow manage to work Lucius in I wouldn't be upset, but it's not a requirement.) Romance and possible smut ensues.

2. Most of Hermione's friends are married, starting families, etc. She's alone, and tells herself she likes her life just the way it is, but the truth is she's lonely. Severus keeps a low profile now... what he does is up to you. I really want Neville to be a part of this story (I adore Neville) and make him and Snape friends, in a non-slashy, platonic way. (maybe they're partners in a business, or just work in the same place, maybe they're neighbors, etc.) SS/HG are brought together by some circumstance, maybe Neville has something to do with bringing them together or maybe he's just an innocent bystander. Either way, romance and possible smut ensues.

3. Something along the lines of Cyrano de Bergerac, but in modern wizarding times, with Severus in Cyrano's role, Hermione in Roxanne's, and whoever you want in Christian's (I was leaning toward Draco, but Lucius might be a nice choice as there is always the possibility this could lead to a threesome! *waggles eyebrows*). Romance and possible smut ensues. I also obviously want it to be AU from the original story, because I want a happy ending, not him dying in her arms.

Three art prompts: I don't mind AR/EW as a model for SS/HG but I'd prefer a younger AR more in the correct age range for SS and an older version of EW, (as I picture HG in an older role). Other characters of your choice are fine as well to model our twosome after.

1.) An illustration from my one shot 2011 birthday fic for talesofsnape: The Fairy Lantern. It is posted here http://one-bad-man.livejournal.com/85413.html#cutid1 I'd especially like to see a the scene where Hermione has been transformed into a tinkerbell-like fairy and Severus frees her from the fairy lantern.

2.) Threesome art with my OT3: Severus, Hermione, and Lucius. Doesn't necessarily have to be smutty, they could be having tea, watching a sunset, sitting in front of the fire, etc. (Of course smut is fine too, if you are so inclined).

3.) Severus and Hermione share an intimate moment. Again, doesn't necessarily have to be smutty, it could be a kiss, a hug, a caress, or maybe they're just cuddling up together on the sofa or in bed. (Of course smut is fine too, if you are so inclined).

What genre/theme/content would you absolutely refuse to write / draw / create?

Non/con, rape, graphic violence, incest, infidelity. No time travel fic, it's something I don't mind reading but it makes my head spin trying to keep it all straight.

What genre/theme/content would you absolutely NOT want to receive?

No schoolgirl Hermione. No extreme violence, rape, torture, etc, (these can be alluded to if somehow pertinent to the story but no graphic descriptions, please). No non/con, incest, infidelity.

Do you have a strong preference to be assigned a particular genre, theme and/or content?

I feel comfortable writing fluff, humor, romance, smut, some angst. While I do like to read consensual bdsm, light to mod kinks, and dark fics, realistically, I don't feel could do them justice writing them.

Do you have a strong preference to receive a particular genre, theme and/or content?

I do prefer an older Hermione, at least 5 to 10 or more years after the war. I like many types of stories, from fluff, humor, romance, adventure, hurt/comfort, some angst, smut, light to mod kinks, bdsm, threesomes (but only m/m/f and preferably with LM,), dark fic is fine if you can resolve it all with a happy ending. As you can see by my prompts, once a gain the theme of “romance and possible smut ensues” remains a key factor throughout. The story MUST have a happy ending for our twosome, so no killing off SS or HG. I want to feel good after I read fanfic, not depressed. No extreme violence, rape, torture, etc, these can be alluded to if pertinent to the story but no graphic descriptions, please.



I do feel that my Snape is not the same bitter, angry man of the books, if he was still like that, my Hermione would never fall in love with him. It's a few years later and he's moved on. I'm not saying he's a fluffy bunny but he's not a total bastard either. I think others have said it well by pointing out the Snape we see in the books is a reflection of Harry's making and he sees a man whom he dislikes and therefore his impressions there rather skewed.

Wouldn't that be awesome? But I do rather like all of my prompts so I'd be happy with any of them though.
