FYI--- LJ free stuff
Apr. 15th, 2020 05:13 pmI'm sure most of you got the notice that it is LJ's 21st anniversary and as such they are offering 51% off in their shop. I went to take advantage of that and learned that it doesn't apply to purchasing tokens as I placed an order to replenish the small supply I keep on hand and it did not discount the total.
Oh well, I was able to schedule a few virtual gifts at a discount for birthdays in the near future, and while doing that discovered that they have (as some of you may have learned if you have recieved such from me today) a few free gifts for "stay home" featuring our friend, Frank the LJ goat. I do think there must be a limit on the free gifts because after I had sent out a number of them I started getting the message: 'you cannot send so and so a virtual gift'. (unless it's possible some people have blocked virtual gifts).
Anyway just thought I'd share that info, 'cause who doesn't like free stuff and getting notes from LJ friends. :-)
